Coal India Chairman honoured with 'Bhaskar Bhattacharjee Memorial Award'
New Delhi: Coal India Limited (CIL) has been honoured with the distinguished “Bhaskar Bhattacharjee Memorial Award” by IIT (ISM), Dhanbad. Shri Prasad was conferred with the Award during “Basant,” the annual IIT (ISM) alumni reunion, held at the institution’s campus in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

He underscored that the coal mining sector can tackle significant challenges with ease using the transformative impact of innovative ideas from esteemed institutions like IIT-ISM.
